CSS Healthcare Services maintains vigorous quality assurance program that ensures our clients receive high caliber professional care. All of our nurses and nurse aides are State licensed and CPR/First Aid certified. Each applicant to our organization undergoes a thorough background check before they are employed. All caregivers receive refresher courses every quarter during in-service training this helps to ensure that there are no deficiencies in their abilities. In addition, they receive annual performance evaluation centered on skills competencies and customer satisfaction.

OPERATIONS:
The Day to day operations of the company is managed by the Home office under the direction and supervision of the Administrator/CEO, Mr .John Agulue, BS, MBA. In addition to his extensive experience in program development, business administration and financial management, Mr. Agulue is a trained "Managed Care" specialist and a member of American College of Healthcare Executives.

This office houses all administrative staff for operations throughout the Atlanta region and serves as a base for all field staff. Administrative staff includes those staff responsible for referral intake, service coordination, staff scheduling, and payroll. This is also the location for hiring, orienting and training field staff. Key administrative staff in this office includes the following:
